“A big thank you to Johnny for his advice on fixing the leak at the base of my balustrade. I have had this leak for more than 10 years. It was actually originally leaking in several places, but Johnny did not like the look of the mould at the base of the balustrade and suggested I remove the rubber flashing completely and replace with silicon. This I did (12 tubes of silicon later!) and with all the rain we have had this week for the first time not one single drop of water came into the house. “Sanders Plumbing Limited were contracted to carry out the plumbing work for a major renovation for our home in Mt Roskill which was carried out over 20 weeks. We completely replaced two bathrooms and installed a brand new kitchen and laundry.

Johnny project managed the plumbing for our entire job and had excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with our Builder, Architect and other tradesmen and was always flexible to our needs.
